Joaquin Lore started the match with the kick off. La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qu Sen Yan in the 3rd minute of play. Silvestre Peli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qu Sen Yan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, La Bichineta's goal looked a bit too open when Zula Jajesniak came free, but Silvestre Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Lore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Lore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Michael Owen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Owen in the 18th minute of play forced La Bichineta's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qu Sen Yan in the 19th minute of play forced La Bichineta's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Lore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36thth minute of the game Zula Jajesniak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When La Bichineta's Joaquin Lore in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético Montserrat's goalie prevented a goal. Joaquin Lore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michael Owen took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvestre Peli. Silvestre Peli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The La Bichineta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético Montserrat were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 崔光笑 to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Peli made an important save on a dangerous shot by 崔光笑 in the 53rd minute. Joaquin Lore might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquin Lore ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Lore in the 54th minute of play forced Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Jean-Jacques von der Schulenburg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvestre Peli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Owen in the 61st minute of play. Silvestre Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 崔光笑, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Bernardo Calvet could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Silvestre Peli however easily saved by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Silvestre Peli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jorge Suero charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Suero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jorge Suero hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes La Bichineta got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Suero. Qu Sen Yan came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Silvestre Peli could save by the left post. Silvestre Peli was a little too slow when Michael Owen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-2. Qu Sen Yan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli got control of the ball when Qu Sen Yan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The La Bichineta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atlético Montserrat's performance. The match ended with a win for Atlético Montserrat.
