An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Vellito in the 32nd minute of play forced Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, ACF Fiorentina's Martin Vellito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Bakar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Aves Negras's Enrique Perico got a free kick in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horacio Matro in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Federico Kalinowski saved ACF Fiorentina from getting behind. In the 44th minute, Maximino Cabezon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcial Bakar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After the first half ACF Fiorentina were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximino Cabezon to make the kick off. Gabriel Gaufred who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Marcial Bakar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Maximino Cabezon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Aves Negras's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Cabezon came free, but Marcial Bakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Kalinowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tamer Yalçıner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Kalinowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guter Tobia's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Aves Negras made a substitution. Cao Chen Yu replaced Humberto Urtsin. ACF Fiorentina's Burkhard Böck was substituted for Maximino Cabezon. ACF Fiorentina's Hildeberto Carvalho was substituted for Martin Vellito. Marten Descamps made in the 79th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tamer Yalçıner however managed to control. Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Aves Negras from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Aves Negras's Alejo Goyo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Aves Negras's Alejo Goyo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Long Feng, made in the 94th minute of the game. Burkhard Böck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Bakar having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, ACF Fiorentina's goal looked a bit too open when Tamer Yalçıner came free, but Federico Kalinowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
