The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Zoil Pequeño kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henry Gunnarsson. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Zoil Pequeño who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Henry Gunnarsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Administrativo Sport Club's Henry Gunnarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Administrativo Sport Club from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute Eleuterio Aragones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Boldu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Boldu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Aragones, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Administrativo Sport Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Zoil Pequeño scored to the left of an out of position Henry Gunnarsson, making the score, 2-0. In the 19th minute, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henry Gunnarsson. Henry Gunnarsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 22 minutes into the match, Administrativo Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Lolo Moreno came free, but Henry Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Di Battista came free, but Jose Boldu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Zoil Pequeño notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Administrativo Sport Club's Henry Gunnarsson. Henry Gunnarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zoil Pequeño's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henry Gunnarsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Zoil Pequeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Zoil Pequeño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo ScrugenFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donato Sampaio was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Di Battista got free with Jose Boldu in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deportivo ScrugenFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
