When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Ciro Pirro put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Henry Gunnarsson. After 13 played minutes Administrativo Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Julio Barraza. Dawid Rojek's shot from long distance in the 14th minute was not bad at all, but Administrativo Sport Club's Henry Gunnarsson knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The supporters of LA LUZ F.C. booed when Administrativo Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Tolino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Ciro Pirro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Administrativo Sport Club's Henry Gunnarsson. Henry Gunnarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Brodel in the 24th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Administrativo Sport Club's goalie and right to Danilo Gonza. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Administrativo Sport Club's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro Pirro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Ciro Pirro came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the LA LUZ F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Pirro couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noel Brodel got free with Miguel Ángel Torres in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Administrativo Sport Club's Henry Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Pirro in the 55th minute of play. Henry Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Ferman, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Administrativo Sport Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dawid Rojek was slow to take the kick. During this time LA LUZ F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Danilo Gonza got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 4-0. 64 minutes into the match. Donato Sampaio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Miguel Ángel Torres made a huge save. With a little luck, LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres got control of the ball when Donato Sampaio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Basilio Tolino fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Administrativo Sport Club's protests and gave Basilio Tolino a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LA LUZ F.C. had won after a very even match.
