Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Tastzian in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Ponc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 7 minutes Villa Mitre City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Agustín Tastzian who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Agustín Tastzian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc did a great save. Ariel Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Tastzian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Barrenta SC's Edgar Trigo got control of the ball when Saturnino Lehior tried to sneak it across the goal line. Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 12th minute of play. Ariel Ponc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Tastzian in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Edgar Trigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saturnino Lehior. In the 15th minute, Saturnino Lehior hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Ponc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Tastzian in the 18th minute of play. With 20 minutes on the clock, Long Yuan Di commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villa Mitre City fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! Villa Mitre City:s Ariel Ponc showed great skill when he stopped Agustín Tastzian:s penalty. In the 21st minute, Agustín Tastzian made a precise shot to the right of Ariel Ponc. Villa Mitre City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Urban Stenman might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Ponc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urban Stenman ran back to his position shaking his head. A nice corner shot did that Agustín Tastzian got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ariel Ponc quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Everardo Lucero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Edgar Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nariman Mansourian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nariman Mansourian in the 34th minute of play forced Villa Mitre City's goalkeeper Ariel Ponc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrenta SC's Edgar Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Lehior in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Agustín Tastzian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ariel Ponc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saturnino Lehior kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre City's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Tastzian came free, but Ariel Ponc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Barrenta SC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Villa Mitre City's Mauricio Macías was substituted for Arsenio Maria. A collision led to Villa Mitre City getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Norris Vandamme hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's Agustín Tastzian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ariel Ponc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56thth minute of the game Agustín Tastzian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agustín Tastzian who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Ariel Ponc when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 58th minute Barrenta SC were awarded a corner. Agustín Tastzian went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Wellington de Godoi to score against Ariel Ponc in Villa Mitre City's goal. 0-3 after 59 minutes. Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 61st minute of play. Ariel Ponc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustín Tastzian's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Saturnino Lehior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Trigo having to interfere. Gilmar da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Ariel Ponc made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Genílson Leite sent off a good shot on target. If Saturnino Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fellipe Lago struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Ariel Ponc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrenta SC. Ariel Ponc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fellipe Lago in the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to Barrenta SC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Wellington de Godoi hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Macías came free, but Edgar Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 95th minute of play forced Villa Mitre City's goalkeeper Ariel Ponc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Villa Mitre City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barrenta SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Barrenta SC.
