The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, A4p FC Gad's Olimpiu Târlea got control of the ball when Fabian Oterino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atlético Grau Piura's Tartalo Delatorre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Bianu in the 33rd minute of play. Fabian Oterino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Olimpiu Târlea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Bianu in the 45th minute of play forced Atlético Grau Piura's goalkeeper Tartalo Delatorre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Oterino hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 76th minute A4p FC Gad were awarded a corner. Niculae Boltașu went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Petru Tărău managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When Petru Tărău came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the A4p FC Gad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petru Tărău couldn't finish the play. Ion Bianu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Tartalo Delatorre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petru Tărău in the 87th minute of the match. In the 92ndth minute of the game Petru Tărău who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Grau Piura's Tartalo Delatorre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Ion Bianu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
