The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bryant Miles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 11 minutes into the match, U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bryant Miles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mancini's Rudolf Esken managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lane Velasco in the 15 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryant Miles saved Charlotte FC from getting behind. Charlotte FC's Bryant Miles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 20th minute of play. Bryant Miles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Nemesio Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Esken in the 37th minute of play forced Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Bryant Miles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bryant Miles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. U.D. Mancini's Gonsalve Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Malbec in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bozhil Vaptzarov to make the kick off. U.D. Mancini's Gonsalve Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Malbec in the 53rd minute of play. If Bozhil Vaptzarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Charlotte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bozhil Vaptzarov came free, but Bryant Miles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Amadeo Ziguenza threw the ball into play from the sideline. Charlotte FC's Jaques Van Mellaert quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 77 minutes into the match, Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Bryant Miles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pello Sanz. Charlotte FC's Vicente Rafferty was substituted for Don Malbec. Charlotte FC made a substitution. Wander Suzanne replaced Braulio Hitz. U.D. Mancini were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Charlotte FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bozhil Vaptzarov took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Rudolf Esken managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Vicente Rafferty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 82nd minute Vicente Rafferty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonsalve Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bryant Miles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bryant Miles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 88th minute of the match. Rolando Salvatore made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bozhil Vaptzarov immediately put the ball in play. The throw-in from Kaja Jamak in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by U.D. Mancini's Rolando Salvatore. The Charlotte FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching U.D. Mancini's performance. The match ended with a win for U.D. Mancini.
