After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Ismael Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Trezeguet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the game, David Trezeguet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ismael Furman. David Trezeguet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 98th minute of the match Begu Ganjang got a corner. Equipo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manuel Aurelianu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ahmet Harun Alptekin charged in rather forcefully in the 99th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Harun Alptekin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
