In the 21st match minute, Rafaela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Daniele to maneuver through the defense. CA Juventud Unida's Jesus Fix shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 23rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Inocencio Veronica but with some difficulty. Robustiano Calvet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Gonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rainer Marthaler got free with Inocencio Veronica in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Petrigai came free, but Inocencio Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavio Gonzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Calvet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octavio Gonzo ran back to his position shaking his head. When Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 32 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Robustiano Calvet was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Inocencio Veronica made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Rainer Marthaler sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th match minute, CA Juventud Unida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Argider to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Camillo Daniele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes CA Juventud Unida got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Ibon. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The wind increased when Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio made the kick off in the second half. Inocencio Veronica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Petrigai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the CA Juventud Unida defense, Emiliano Furia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robustiano Calvet. The CA Juventud Unida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robustiano Calvet should have stopped the shot. Rafaela FC's Inocencio Veronica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Petrigai in the 63rd minute of play. Inocencio Veronica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Iyan in the 64th minute of play. CA Juventud Unida's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Modesto Cheche in the 66th minute. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Braulio Iyan sped through Rafaela FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Inocencio Veronica. After a rather tough play, CA Juventud Unida's Erubiel Txomin got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, CA Juventud Unida's goalkeeper Robustiano Calvet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Furia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Petrigai in the 73rd minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Veronica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robustiano Calvet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio in the 75th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio got free with Robustiano Calvet in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severo Oriche received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robustiano Calvet came out and tried to block the shot, but Severo Oriche slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 79th minute. CA Juventud Unida's Jeremias Medina was substituted for Braulio Iyan. In the 85th minute Jeremias Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CA Juventud Unida getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Witomir Milko hit a great ball. Robustiano Calvet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Robustiano Calvet had great luck who in the 91stth minute grab hold of the ball when Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When CA Juventud Unida's Saverio Petrigai in 92 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Inocencio Veronica guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rafaela FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
