Yavuz Selimhan İğdemir got a throw-in 4 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ronaldo Cristi. Juan-Ramón Verón could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Ismael Furman made a huge save. Arnoldo Txema hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Ramiro Gabrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Cristi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Equipo's Ismael Furman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Equipo from getting a goal against them. With his leg Ismael Furman managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan-Ramón Verón fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Equipo's Ronaldo Cristi in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Berserkers FC Ψ's goalie prevented a goal. Juan-Ramón Verón could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Ismael Furman made a huge save. In the 36th minute Ronaldo Cristi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Gabrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melchor Garoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan-Ramón Verón to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Pietro Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Ramón Verón in the 63rd minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Ismael Furman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Gabrio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Cristi's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan-Ramón Verón got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Berserkers FC Ψ made a substitution. Berserkers FC Ψ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
