Emiliano Lluterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zagórna's Marian Gniech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Cristi in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Jan-Åke Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Furman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olavi Vilo made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lech Marek. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Åke Fransson in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Furman saved Equipo from getting behind. Léo Barros hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Ismael Furman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Åke Fransson's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Equipo's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Åke Fransson came free, but Ismael Furman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Jan-Åke Fransson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zagórna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldo Cristi made a kick off. Ismael Furman made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Jan-Åke Fransson sent off a good shot on target. Jaroslaw Milko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Furman having to interfere. Jan-Åke Fransson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Ismael Furman made a huge save. Ismael Furman made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Jan-Åke Fransson sent off a good shot on target. Jan-Åke Fransson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ismael Furman having to make a save. With a little luck, Equipo's Ismael Furman got control of the ball when Jan-Åke Fransson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tobias Arano hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The long shot by Lech Marek in the 90th minute really tested Ismael Furman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Zagórna booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Baudelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ismael Furman acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lech Marek. Equipo's Ismael Furman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwidon Arnista in the 95th minute of play.
