Konurbano Atletico's supporters rose to their feet, but Prospero Perutxo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lisandro Festas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Ivo Campelo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Konurbano Atletico's Teobaldo Demario. Teobaldo Demario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Ronaldo got free with Lisandro Festas in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivo Campelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teobaldo Demario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Campelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Festas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrzej Charamut went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Konurbano Atletico defense, Ivo Campelo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teobaldo Demario. The Konurbano Atletico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teobaldo Demario should have stopped the shot. After having played for 35 minutes, Cristian Ronaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Konurbano Atletico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Ronaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teobaldo Demario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivo Campelo's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute SLB TELHA were awarded a corner. Hugo Tomé went to the cornerflag to take it. 42 minutes into the match, Konurbano Atletico's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Campelo came free, but Teobaldo Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, David Raitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Ronaldo made a kick off. 56 minutes in the game Bianco Pietropaolo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ivo Campelo. After a defensive mix-up in SLB TELHA's zone, Prospero Perutxo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Festas came out of the goal and Prospero Perutxo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Isaac Chesus fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SLB TELHA's protests and gave Isaac Chesus a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SLB TELHA getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Isaac Chesus hit a great ball. Ivo Campelo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Teobaldo Demario 68 minutes into the match. SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Perutxo in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Luís Ribas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SLB TELHA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Konurbano Atletico the free kick. After 74 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Luís Ribas. Teobaldo Demario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivo Campelo went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. In the 81st minute, Cristian Ronaldo made a precise shot to the right of Lisandro Festas. SLB TELHA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. In the 87th minute, SLB TELHA's Ivo Campelo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teobaldo Demario. Teobaldo Demario yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. Fernan Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Konurbano Atletico lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
