Sixto Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lê Gante, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A Huracan's goalkeeper Delmiro Dominic, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Sharma Otamendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delmiro Dominic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Hendrickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Candido Hendrickx spun around in front of the goal 11 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of C.A Huracan's goal. C.A Huracan's Lê Gante quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Silvain Ries, made in the 16th minute of the game. Sixto Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Machado in the 26th minute of play. Delmiro Dominic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Hendrickx in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Candido Hendrickx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Delmiro Dominic. C.A Huracan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Candido Hendrickx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Pilar FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after C.A Huracan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Godofredo Lano took the corner. Carl Sagan hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Candido Hendrickx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmiro Dominic was relentless in the 38th minute of the game.

54 minutes into the game, Pilar FC's Candido Hendrickx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmiro Dominic made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Sixto Luke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lê Gante in the 59th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Pilar FC's goalkeeper Sixto Luke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timoteo Machado. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Candido Hendrickx in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmiro Dominic saved C.A Huracan from getting behind. After some careless play in the C.A Huracan defense, Candido Hendrickx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delmiro Dominic. The C.A Huracan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delmiro Dominic should have stopped the shot. Pilar FC's Luca Langoni was substituted for Martin Benítez. C.A Huracan's Arnoldo Karmel was substituted for Lars Helgerud. Pilar FC made a substitution. Nicanor Illan replaced Candido Hendrickx. Pilar FC's Sixto Luke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Pilar FC from getting a goal against them. Delmiro Dominic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aukusti Malinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A Huracan's Delmiro Dominic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Illan in the 83rd minute of play. If Mikolaj Lodowy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Karmel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Nicanor Illan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pilar FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 93 played minutes Pilar FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvain Ries. Delmiro Dominic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Illan in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pilar FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A Huracan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
