Urbasa Alabern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Savier having to interfere. Challacó's Timoteo Gines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristopher Damian in the 16th minute of play. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ma Zheng Yuan in the 18th minute. A collision led to ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Beso Negro hit a great ball. Clemente Savier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbasa Alabern, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Challacó's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. With a left leg Timoteo Gines saved Challacó from getting behind. 50 minutes had been played when some careless play by Challacó's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ma Zheng Yuan was slow to take the kick. During this time ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s players had a chance to rest. Ma Zheng Yuan made a great header on ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s corner, it was just that Challacó's Timoteo Gines managed to reach the ball for a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Clemente Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbasa Alabern in the 55th minute of the match. Challacó's Buğra Onal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Clemente Savier in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Diego Nafarroa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Salas in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timoteo Gines saved Challacó from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Salas in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timoteo Gines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Marcelo Salas took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Timoteo Gines to make any attempt to save it. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Roger Lantadilla was substituted for Beso Negro.
