Sixto Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cüneyt Berksoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. UPTEXTIL.COM's Mateus Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Hendrickx in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Hendrickx in the 8th minute of play forced UPTEXTIL.COM's goalkeeper Mateus Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Ruisko in the 10th minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Sixto Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixto Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cüneyt Berksoy in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pilar FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zé Paulo Queirós was slow to take the kick. During this time UPTEXTIL.COM's players had a chance to rest. UPTEXTIL.COM's Belchior Mamatov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sixto Luke in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Ruisko in the 15th minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Sixto Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Martin Benítez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Candido Hendrickx took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateus Cruz. Mateus Cruz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Pilar FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Eustacio Baldovino hit a great ball. Mateus Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Hendrickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Cüneyt Berksoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Candido Hendrickx made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Pilar FC booed when UPTEXTIL.COM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Stam didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, UPTEXTIL.COM's Cüneyt Berksoy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sixto Luke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pilar FC's Mikolaj Lodowy was substituted for Cristian Jenaro. In the 58th minute of the match UPTEXTIL.COM got a corner. Pilar FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pontus Hjortberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Pilar FC's goalie and right to Mário Maldini. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Pilar FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Candido Hendrickx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateus Cruz having to make a save. In the 68th minute Candido Hendrickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paolo Ruisko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixto Luke having to make a save. Pilar FC's Luca Langoni was substituted for Martin Benítez. Pilar FC's Nicanor Illan was substituted for Candido Hendrickx. Mateus Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Illan, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Aukusti Malinen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mateus Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. UPTEXTIL.COM made a substitution. Martin Ødegaard replaced Cüneyt Berksoy. Sixto Luke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Ødegaard in the 82nd minute. In the 84th match minute, UPTEXTIL.COM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Ruisko to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute of the match Godofredo Lano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateus Cruz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 88 played minutes Pilar FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Gai. In the 89th minute of the match Pontus Hjortberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixto Luke skillfully saved the ball. Mário Maldini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Eustacio Baldovino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UPTEXTIL.COM's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
