Paata Gagnidze hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Cornelio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Cebrian, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Cornelio Cordearo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Incendio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Racing Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Samuel Nevada in the 13th minute. Cornelio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gust Mathijs, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Cornelio Cordearo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gust Mathijs's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the match, Racing Club's Luciano Pirro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jaime Senin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Efrain Incendio came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efrain Incendio couldn't finish the play. Cornelio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gust Mathijs in the 26th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Bartuelo. In the 31stth minute of the game Gust Mathijs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Gust Mathijs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornelio Cordearo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gust Mathijs in the 34th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Cornelio Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Cordearo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Incendio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Cordearo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gust Mathijs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Racing Club's Homer Field was substituted for Miroslaw Jajecznica. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Efrain Incendio to strike the kick off in the second half. Cornelio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gust Mathijs in the 54th minute of the match. Jaime Senin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Pirro, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Luciano Pirro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. Jaime Senin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Txomin in the 92nd minute of play. The goalkeeper, Cornelio Cordearo, was totally fooled by ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Benigno Senon, who 96 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
