Americo Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, 100 Chance's Dráuzio Paraíba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rene Goren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the chacarita juniors defense, Dráuzio Paraíba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rene Goren. The chacarita juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Goren should have stopped the shot. After 31 played minutes 100 Chance got a freekick which was hit by Naldo Marquez. In the 36thth minute of the game Naldo Marquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but chacarita juniors's Rene Goren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. chacarita juniors's Rene Goren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Paraíba in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in chacarita juniors's zone, Naldo Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Goren came out of the goal and Naldo Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Placido Tancredo kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Rene Goren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naldo Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Placido Tancredo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leopoldo Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucio Bermudez hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. A collision led to chacarita juniors getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Bernabe Formerio hit a great ball. chacarita juniors's Rene Goren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save chacarita juniors from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Bermudez in the 61st minute of play forced 100 Chance's goalkeeper Leopoldo Cerezo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Naldo Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. Dráuzio Paraíba showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. When the match was over 100 Chance could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than chacarita juniors throughout the match.
