Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Deivid Mineiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Tudor Bărbânță sped through TRAKINAS FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adhemar Rodrigues. With a little luck, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Iulian Bucurescu got control of the ball when Cristiano Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes TRAKINAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Inácio dos Santos. 17 minutes into the game, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Tudor Bărbânță nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adhemar Rodrigues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Iulian Bucurescu made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Kléber Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. Iulian Bucurescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deivid Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tudor Bărbânță in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adhemar Rodrigues saved TRAKINAS FC from getting behind. Alin Agud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 35 minutes, Cristi Platon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristi Platon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Finteșteanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adhemar Rodrigues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Finteșteanu ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Tudor Bărbânță sped through TRAKINAS FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adhemar Rodrigues. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tudor Bărbânță in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adhemar Rodrigues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Emanuel Finteșteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alin Agud might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adhemar Rodrigues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alin Agud ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tudor Bărbânță was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in TRAKINAS FC's zone, Emanuel Finteșteanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adhemar Rodrigues came out of the goal and Emanuel Finteșteanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Bărbânță came free, but Adhemar Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Adhemar Rodrigues threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tudor Bărbânță, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 60th minute, Tudor Bărbânță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Cristi Platon got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 65th play minute Emanuel Finteșteanu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Adhemar Rodrigues. 0-4. Adhemar Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigi Câmpeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Adhemar Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Bărbânță in the 72nd minute of play. Adhemar Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Finteșteanu in the 73rd minute of play. Gigi Câmpeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Adhemar Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Finteșteanu hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Bărbânță came free, but Adhemar Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the TRAKINAS FC defense, Gigi Câmpeanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adhemar Rodrigues. The TRAKINAS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adhemar Rodrigues should have stopped the shot. If Tudor Bărbânță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Câmpeanu in the 92nd minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Adhemar Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Marquez in the 95th minute of play forced FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Iulian Bucurescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Kléber Oliveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iulian Bucurescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
