Ediz Satvet dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When Mehmet Hamdi Tecen came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Kᴀᴅᴀɢᴀɴ1903 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Hamdi Tecen couldn't finish the play. Kᴀᴅᴀɢᴀɴ1903's Rahman Akcebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Castro in the 15th minute of play. Güngör Vahapoğlu was shown his second yellow card after 19 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 20th match minute, Kᴀᴅᴀɢᴀɴ1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güngör Vahapoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Telmo Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rahman Akcebe having to interfere. The ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Oswaldo Paulista looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ediz Satvet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luizão Diniz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Luizão Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ediz Satvet in the 29th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Gencalp Bozoğluer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mehmet Hamdi Tecen's late challenge caught a ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Berger in the 93rd minute of play forced Kᴀᴅᴀɢᴀɴ1903's goalkeeper Rahman Akcebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goalkeeper Luizão Diniz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
