A beautiful save bye New England Minas's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of New England Minas booed when ORION F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Gomez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Max De Paredes came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by New England Minas's Keith Braxton. But to his dismay, Keith Braxton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 13th minute Jim Jennings shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max De Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reggie García kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. New England Minas's Bradly Gray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Mora in the 23rd minute of play. Dwayne Clement hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Julio Moras short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Bradly Gray to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Max De Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dwayne Clement, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Bradly Gray managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when ORION F.C.'s Luchito Vergara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keith Braxton in the 39th minute of play forced ORION F.C.'s goalkeeper Max De Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Max De Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keith Braxton in the 41st minute of play. In the 41st match minute, ORION F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Gomez to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Keith Braxton notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ORION F.C.'s Max De Paredes. Max De Paredes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Keith Braxton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. New England Minas's Bradly Gray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luchito Vergara in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goalkeeper Max De Paredes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dwayne Clement. In the 58th minute, Luchito Vergara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ORION F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. ORION F.C.'s Max De Paredes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save ORION F.C. from getting a goal against them. ORION F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Dwayne Clement scored to the left of an out of position Max De Paredes, making the score, 1-3. Keith Braxton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Max De Paredes made a huge save. When Fernando Gomez fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ORION F.C.'s protests and gave Fernando Gomez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st match minute, ORION F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Gomez to maneuver through the defense. Jim Jennings received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Max De Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Max De Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dwayne Clement in the 81st minute of the match. New England Minas's DeAngelo Petty got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bradly Gray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luchito Vergara, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Julio Mora hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. ORION F.C. were furious when Agustin Herrera was red carded, 90 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The ORION F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. New England Minas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
