Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Julio Mora started the match with the kick off. Brice Wang kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After 5 minutes of play, ORION F.C.'s Julio Mora made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Winford Taylor was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Reggie García in the 10th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Winford Taylor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Juan Herrera almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but New England Minas's Winford Taylor did a great save. The supporters of New England Minas booed when ORION F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Zapata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Max De Paredes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dwayne Clement's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the New England Minas defense, Julio Mora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Winford Taylor. The New England Minas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Winford Taylor should have stopped the shot. Gustavo De Paredes kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Winford Taylor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Herrington could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Max De Paredes made a huge save. In the 30th minute Luchito Vergara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Winford Taylor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Luchito Vergara made a precise shot to the right of Winford Taylor. New England Minas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Max De Paredes was a little too slow when Dwayne Clement got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-3. 43 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Waylon McQueen came free, but Max De Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waylon McQueen made a kick off. Max De Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Herrington in the 54th minute of play. Max De Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dwayne Clement, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Max De Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waylon McQueen, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dwayne Clement came free, but Max De Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Victor Caldwell fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New England Minas's protests and gave Victor Caldwell a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th match minute, New England Minas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Caldwell to maneuver through the defense. Max De Paredes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dwayne Clement's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Julio Mora might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Winford Taylor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Mora ran back to his position shaking his head. Tobias Herrington recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Winford Taylor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Mora, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When Julio Mora came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the ORION F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Mora couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Luchito Vergara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Winford Taylor was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The New England Minas manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing ORION F.C. to win.
