Utopía Muerta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Chico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Chico in the 7th minute of play forced GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's goalkeeper Mustafa Ali Baysu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th match minute, Utopía Muerta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Emeterio to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Ekrem Ilgın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rafael Maties tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute of the match, Kunter Ulus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafael Maties saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Ekrem Ilgın didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Agustín Ruberto made a precise shot to the right of Mustafa Ali Baysu. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR were furious when Aybar Arıkhan was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Aybar Arıkhan kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Agustín Ruberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Ali Baysu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR got a freekick which was hit by Hayrullah Ağcabey. When Aurelio Chico got free in front of the goal in the 42nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Mustafa Ali Baysu was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Mustafa Ali Baysu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Chico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Mustafa Ali Baysu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Ruberto in the 46th minute of play. Mustafa Ali Baysu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kunter Ulus to strike the kick off in the second half. Eriberto Cortez hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Eriberto Cortez kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Eriberto Cortez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mustafa Ali Baysu. Eriberto Cortez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Alfonso Gaskon hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Mustafa Ekrem Ilgın managed to get in a good position for a shot. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Ekrem Ilgın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Maties breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Mustafa Ali Baysu got control of the ball when Edgard Emeterio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 84th minute, Dinç Yazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Utopía Muerta FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
