Gustaf Tiede recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Luis Heidemann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Tiede, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute Gustaf Tiede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Luis Heidemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Ian Axelfeldt fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The corner led La Zorro Negro's Marcelinho Cavalcante to a score. 0-1 in the 16th minute. Ebbe Guldbrand hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. José Luis Heidemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Axelfeldt in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, AB Tårnby's goal looked a bit too open when Antony Bruno came free, but Kenn Fronval reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Gustaf Tiede cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. José Luis Heidemann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kenn Fronval showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antony Bruno in the 31st minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Peer Barlov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Luis Heidemann was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustaf Tiede to strike the kick off in the second half. Kenn Fronval made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Piearres in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match Marcelinho Cavalcante sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kenn Fronval skillfully saved the ball. Rigoberto Piearres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to La Zorro Negro getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Hermelando Jaen hit a great ball. La Zorro Negro's Rigoberto Piearres got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to AB Tårnby getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Peter Arneke hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Piearres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kenn Fronval. AB Tårnby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rigoberto Piearres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Gustaf Tiede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Luis Heidemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Axelfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ian Axelfeldt scored 4-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Luis Heidemann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kenn Fronval was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rigoberto Piearres showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-3 in the 81 minute of play. Gustaf Tiede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Quilino Gomar kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Rigoberto Piearres came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the La Zorro Negro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Piearres couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the game, Phillip Pallisø was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AB Tårnby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Zorro Negro the free kick. After 96 played minutes AB Tårnby got a freekick which was hit by Phillip Pallisø. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AB Tårnby fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Zorro Negro had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
