Nacional's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jason Asselberghs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Young Ostend United's Manuel Roukeloes got a free kick in the 5th minute. Grabiel Escorcia took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stanny Van Gorp. Stanny Van Gorp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Grabiel Escorcia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stanny Van Gorp came out and tried to block the shot, but Grabiel Escorcia slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Luciano Inverso could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Stanny Van Gorp however easily saved by the left post. In the 19th minute Jason Asselberghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juaneizu Merida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Grabiel Escorcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stanny Van Gorp. Grabiel Escorcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stanny Van Gorp having to make a save. Stanny Van Gorp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a little luck, Young Ostend United's Stanny Van Gorp got control of the ball when Grabiel Escorcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Young Ostend United's Stanny Van Gorp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Young Ostend United from getting a goal against them. Stanny Van Gorp was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Grabiel Escorcia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Grabiel Escorcia really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Asselberghs in the 45th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Juaneizu Merida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanny Van Gorp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grabiel Escorcia went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score.
After 52 minutes of play, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stanny Van Gorp was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 55th minute Jason Asselberghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juaneizu Merida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Juaneizu Merida successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Nacional booed when Young Ostend United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frankie Koval didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stanny Van Gorp came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia. But to his dismay, Grabiel Escorcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. After having played for 66 minutes, Grabiel Escorcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grabiel Escorcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 75 minutes of play, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stanny Van Gorp was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Joseph Gayoso came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Nacional fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseph Gayoso couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, 秦昂平 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juaneizu Merida was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-2. Grabiel Escorcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th match minute, Young Ostend United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Mesmakers to maneuver through the defense. If Grabiel Escorcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stanny Van Gorp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grabiel Escorcia in the 89th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nacional fans cheered their team off the field, for while Young Ostend United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
