Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Don Cabezon got the match started through his kick off. After 12 minutes of play, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Don Cabezon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stanny Van Gorp was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ardy Pakubuwono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Don Cabezon in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Stanny Van Gorp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Don Cabezon in the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 minutes Young Ostend United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ardy Pakubuwono who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Young Ostend United's goalie and right to Freddy Sazon. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Young Ostend United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Dacian Nițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jason Asselberghs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute of the game Manuel Roukeloes made a throw-in which Leontin Vârșan played forward. Dacian Nițescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by 秦昂平 in the 42nd minute. If Hyvä Suomi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jason Asselberghs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Don Cabezon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanny Van Gorp having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jason Asselberghs came free, but Dacian Nițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Don Cabezon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stanny Van Gorp was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Asselberghs in the 60th minute of play forced AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalkeeper Dacian Nițescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Samuel Mambru was substituted for Ardy Pakubuwono. Stanny Van Gorp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Podador Raheiro in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Young Ostend United defense, Podador Raheiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanny Van Gorp. The Young Ostend United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanny Van Gorp should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute Podador Raheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanny Van Gorp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Stanny Van Gorp successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 89th minute, Podador Raheiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Young Ostend United's goalkeeper Stanny Van Gorp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dacian Nițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Vârșan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
