The supporters of Redbourn AFC booed when FC Drik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Lidbjerg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Hidayat Peng made a precise shot to the right of Erling Jeilman. FC Drik's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in FC Drik's zone, Victor Chan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erling Jeilman came out of the goal and Victor Chan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Hidayat Peng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erling Jeilman was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Hidayat Peng sped through FC Drik's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erling Jeilman. Erling Jeilman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hidayat Peng in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erling Jeilman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo got control of the ball when Gerdt Alenkjær tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victor Chan scored 0-6 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erling Jeilman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute, Victor Chan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38thth minute of the game Hidayat Peng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Drik's Erling Jeilman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sixten Hviddahl's late challenge caught a Redbourn AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sixten Hviddahl helped the player get up and apologised. Hidayat Peng took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erling Jeilman. Erling Jeilman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. In the 47th match minute, FC Drik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Knut Lidbjerg to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Svenaage Lisner to make the kick off. Hidayat Peng in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erling Jeilman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Erling Jeilman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hidayat Peng in the 59th minute of the match. Redbourn AFC's Noh Yi-Sheng got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erling Jeilman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shafiq Chien-Kwan in the 62nd minute. Erling Jeilman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hidayat Peng in the 63rd minute. The Redbourn AFC fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Redbourn AFC's Hidayat Peng looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-11 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, FC Drik's Erling Jeilman got control of the ball when Hidayat Peng tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute, Victor Chan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Victor Chan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 84 in the game by Hidayat Peng from a close distance when the talented Erling Jeilman managed to make a qualified save. FC Drik's players were relieved. Erling Jeilman came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Redbourn AFC's Noh Yi-Sheng. But to his dismay, Noh Yi-Sheng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. 89 minutes into the match, Hidayat Peng dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erling Jeilman, 0-14. In the 92nd match minute, FC Drik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenni Embro to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC Drik defense, Hidayat Peng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erling Jeilman. The FC Drik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erling Jeilman should have stopped the shot.
