Wei Xuan Hui's late challenge caught a Hamburg Fighters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wei Xuan Hui helped the player get up and apologised.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dinu Bocu was the one to do the kick off. Bryan Hui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brandon Rick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 56 minutes, Dinu Bocu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hamburg Fighters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dinu Bocu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Balla in the 58th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hamburg Fighters had played much better football throughout.
