Joaquim de Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. 赵珂冰 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Vasconcelos in the 23rd minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th match minute, La Bestia Negra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. The corner led VB-Team's Álvaro Rezende to fire away a dangerous shot which 赵珂冰 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gervásio Severiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but 赵珂冰 made a huge save. Carlos Fernando Faria took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armindo Salgado. Armindo Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 55 minutes, Murilo Lisboa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Bestia Negra and the VB-Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. 54 minutes into the game, one of La Bestia Negra:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 56th minute there was a penalty for VB-Team. Luís Caeiro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving 赵珂冰. 1-1. In the 59th match minute, La Bestia Negra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murilo Lisboa to maneuver through the defense. Álvaro Rezende took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 赵珂冰. La Bestia Negra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Didi Correa. Armindo Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alp Arslan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. VB-Team made a substitution. Sandro Leitão replaced Qiu Sheng Bang. VB-Team made a substitution. Traian Hăvârneanu replaced Luís Caeiro. Qiu Sheng Bang kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
