When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Carlos Santana put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vahur Aav. In the 10th minute Eiko Kivik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Giovanelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Giovanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eiko Kivik in the 12th minute of play. Fc Meremõisa's Vahur Aav played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Santana in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Galo do Japi's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Cenzano came free, but Ronaldo Giovanelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Carlos Santana came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Galo do Japi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Santana couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, Galo do Japi's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Cenzano came free, but Ronaldo Giovanelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vahur Aav made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Santana in the 41st minute of play. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Carlos Santana sped through Fc Meremõisa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vahur Aav. Ronaldo Giovanelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Cenzano in the 44th minute of the match. Galo do Japi's Ronaldo Giovanelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Cenzano in the 46th minute of play. Ronaldo Giovanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knörr Ezeafulukwe in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eiko Kivik to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eiko Kivik in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronaldo Giovanelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Cenzano in the 64th minute of play forced Galo do Japi's goalkeeper Ronaldo Giovanelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Santana might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vahur Aav. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Santana ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, Fc Meremõisa's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Santana came free, but Vahur Aav reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Demir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahur Aav having to interfere. Vahur Aav showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Santana in the 71st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Galo do Japi defense, Knörr Ezeafulukwe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronaldo Giovanelli. The Galo do Japi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronaldo Giovanelli should have stopped the shot. Vahur Aav made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Santana in the 75th minute. Knörr Ezeafulukwe hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Eiko Kivik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronaldo Giovanelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Vahur Aav came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Galo do Japi's Carlos Santana. But to his dismay, Carlos Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Cafu Ringaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Vahur Aav made a huge save. Cauan Catarinense hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
