Marcial Cisquella didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Mazinho Barreto came out of the goal and Kenney Theys tried to chip the ball over his head. The shot was a little too simple and Marcial Cisquella could save by the left post. 30 minutes into the match, The Handsome Wizards UTD's Kenney Theys sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mazinho Barreto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kenney Theys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute Kenney Theys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalkeeper Mazinho Barreto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Mazinho Barreto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Mazinho Barreto got control of the ball when Kenney Theys tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute, Washington Tasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Kenney Theys managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Handsome Wizards UTD's supporters rose to their feet, but Kenney Theys was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mazinho Barreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Huly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 82 played minutes The Handsome Wizards UTD got a freekick which was hit by Alistair Cross. Marcial Cisquella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Di Toma in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goal looked a bit too open when Kasey Bond came free, but Mazinho Barreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Gerson Donatello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Handsome Wizards UTD the free kick. Di Clorius made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Handsome Wizards UTD's Marcus Brady. 96 minutes into the match, Kenney Theys dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mazinho Barreto, 1-1. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
