After a defensive mix-up in Kogimyae JK's zone, Iker Losada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lennart Merioja came out of the goal and Iker Losada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lennart Merioja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rien Oss in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rien Oss in the 8th minute of play forced Kogimyae JK's goalkeeper Lennart Merioja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rien Oss's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lennart Merioja read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Rien Oss looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Los Muñes de Don Cuco getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Valer Mavrodin hit a great ball. After 15 minutes, Everardo Dei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Muñes de Don Cuco and the Kogimyae JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Everardo Dei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henri Villem in the 19th minute of play forced Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goalkeeper Baron Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rien Oss blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lennart Merioja having to make a save. 22 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Rien Oss sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lennart Merioja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute of the match Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a corner. Kogimyae JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guaberto Jacindo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Los Muñes de Don Cuco getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Valer Mavrodin hit a great ball. A collision led to Kogimyae JK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Olari Raudsoo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Kogimyae JK's Joonas Nõmmiste got a free kick in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Kogimyae JK's goal looked a bit too open when Rien Oss came free, but Lennart Merioja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Ott Vene in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Truylos Barbari. After the first half Los Muñes de Don Cuco were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rien Oss stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rien Oss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rien Oss got free with Lennart Merioja in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Olari Raudsoo with Ronald Kask as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Peyami Hasanbeyli was substituted for Truylos Barbari. Baron Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henri Villem in the 62nd minute of play. When Ramon Pero came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Pero couldn't finish the play. Ramon Pero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kogimyae JK's Lennart Merioja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Pero in the 70th minute of play. Lennart Merioja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Pero, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. When %teams%'s Ramon Pero was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-4 just inside the left pole, 74 minutes into the game. Lennart Merioja was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Kogimyae JK's goalkeeper Lennart Merioja had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Jacindo. In the 80th minute, Ramon Pero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 88 minutes into the match, Iker Losada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lennart Merioja. Kogimyae JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iker Losada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. If Ramon Pero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lennart Merioja made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Ramon Pero sent off a good shot on target.
