Moorefield AFC's Teodoro Arizmendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Lano in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute Gustavo Tartalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Arizmendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrián Espadas scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teodoro Arizmendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Moorefield AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gustavo Tartalo took the corner. In the 35th match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Venceslao to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Arizmendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Lano in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Hernan Lano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Moorefield AFC defense, Amador Venceslao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodoro Arizmendi. The Moorefield AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodoro Arizmendi should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Adrián Espadas made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Sidro came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Moorefield AFC booed when Soroca F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Venceslao didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Amador Venceslao got a free kick in the 61st minute.
