But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlo Darrigrande couldn't finish the play. Roberto Layton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 24th minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Adrián Espadas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soroca F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrián Espadas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Carlo Darrigrande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ booed when Soroca F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Josef Justice didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlo Darrigrande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Lano came free, but Roberto Layton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Layton was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 38 minutes into the game, Amador Venceslao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Roberto Layton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dan Wennerqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlo Darrigrande's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Soroca F.C. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gustavo Tartalo hit a great ball. Amador Venceslao hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Amador Venceslao got a free kick in the 67th minute. Dan Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamar Eldridge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
