Hugo Moraes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 9th match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noureddine Adjani to maneuver through the defense. Lakhdar Guendouz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Hugo Moraes made a huge save. In the 18thth minute of the game Esteban Ignado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salmiyah Power's Hemza Derrida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of FRANK booed when Salmiyah Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Bărnuțiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Esteban Ignado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hugo Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lakhdar Guendouz in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteban Ignado in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hemza Derrida saved Salmiyah Power from getting behind. Hugo Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Claus in the 32nd minute of the match. Hugo Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lakhdar Guendouz in the 34th minute. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by FRANK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonard Bărnuțiu was slow to take the kick. During this time Salmiyah Power's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Leonard Bărnuțiu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hugo Moraes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hugo Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kacper Koperski in the 38th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arsenio Claus made a kick off. Hugo Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakhdar Guendouz in the 54th minute of the match. Kacper Koperski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Esteban Ignado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hemza Derrida having to interfere. When Salmiyah Power's Lakhdar Guendouz in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FRANK's Roald Engebakken got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salmiyah Power's Alain Khaldi was substituted for Brahim Kerkar. When Jeremias Ganix fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salmiyah Power's protests and gave Jeremias Ganix a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Ganix to maneuver through the defense. Hemza Derrida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Ignado in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Claus came free, but Hugo Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Esteban Ignado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hemza Derrida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hemza Derrida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Ignado in the 86th minute of the match. Salmiyah Power were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after FRANK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cheb Haddou took the corner. If Esteban Ignado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Koperski, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Steve Yzerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salmiyah Power's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
