In the 7th minute Alvaro Micarelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Arapașu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filip Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petruț Arapașu having to interfere. Petruț Arapașu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Fernandes in the 9th minute of play. Gilberto Demario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Petruț Arapașu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebiu Banica kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. PINGO PINGO's Filip Josefsson got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilberto Demario kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Gigi Stanciu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Gilberto Demario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Filip Josefsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petruț Arapașu was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The supporters of PINGO PINGO booed when ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihai Musta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filip Josefsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. PINGO PINGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Josefsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petruț Arapașu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Alvaro Micarelli made the kick off in the second half. Petruț Arapașu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Micarelli in the 52nd minute. Alvaro Micarelli succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 54th playminute. PINGO PINGO's Dionisio Raphael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Bădila in the 58th minute of play. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Baldomiro Cordarrell got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score.
