Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from López Heredia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Cantonas short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Kjell Trengereid to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The AntraX FDP. fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when AntraX FDP.'s López Heredia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 28 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when AntraX FDP.'s López Heredia fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. AntraX FDP.'s Kjell Trengereid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save AntraX FDP. from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute, López Heredia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joachim Forseth was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 40th minute López Heredia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Forseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Brian Laudrup managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saga TF's supporters rose to their feet, but Brian Laudrup was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Trengereid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Leszek Milko hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. AntraX FDP.'s Cahya Tomagola was substituted for López Heredia. Joachim Forseth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cahya Tomagola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 81 minute of play.
