Fe Nestares kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Jiang De might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kjell Trengereid. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jiang De ran back to his position shaking his head. Kjell Trengereid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiang De, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Samuel Fiúza made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when López Heredia sent off a good shot on target. Ponce Ibaute made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and López Heredia immediately put the ball in play. Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Fiúza having to interfere. After 26 played minutes López Heredia rounded Gremio Viana's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Augustin Panaiteanu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Gremio Viana's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when López Heredia scored to the left of an out of position Samuel Fiúza, making the score, 2-0. In the 35th minute, López Heredia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Samuel Fiúza. The goal made the score 3-0. López Heredia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuel Fiúza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jiang De was the one to do the kick off. Augustin Panaiteanu made in the 52nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jiang De however managed to control. After having played for 59 minutes, Cahya Tomagola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AntraX FDP.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cahya Tomagola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cahya Tomagola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of AntraX FDP. booed when Gremio Viana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augustin Panaiteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Fiúza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cahya Tomagola's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Cahya Tomagola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gremio Viana's Samuel Fiúza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AntraX FDP.'s Cahya Tomagola managed to work through Gremio Viana's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Cahya Tomagola dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Gremio Viana made a substitution. Antonio Calisto replaced Tony Påk. Samuel Fiúza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cahya Tomagola in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Augustin Panaiteanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gremio Viana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AntraX FDP. the free kick. In the 76th match minute, Gremio Viana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Panaiteanu to maneuver through the defense. AntraX FDP.'s José-Francisco Durazno was substituted for Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi. Samuel Fiúza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Viso, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 87 minutes into the game, Carlos Luna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. AntraX FDP. were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Gremio Viana to leave the ground with a draw.
