Spectators: 46 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorin Banu got free with Waldemar Pawlik in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waldemar Pawlik was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Waldemar Pawlik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Seremet in the 12th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Alo Ülipikk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Calistrat Madgearu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute of the game Paavo Lutsar made a throw-in which Alo Ülipikk played forward. 27 minutes into the game, MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldemar Pawlik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Tiberiu Caramarin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Waldemar Pawlik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Kajar Püss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Paavo Lutsar threw the ball into play from the sideline. MIT's Mihăiţă Ilarie quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kajar Püss made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, MIT's goalkeeper Calistrat Madgearu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kajar Püss. 61 minutes into the match, Florin Seremet notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Grimório's Waldemar Pawlik. Waldemar Pawlik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Waldemar Pawlik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Tiberiu Caramarin made a precise shot to the right of Waldemar Pawlik. Grimório's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. If Florin Seremet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MIT made a substitution. Bogdan Bucataru replaced Mihăiţă Ilarie. Joel Lüüs hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grimório's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of MIT booed when Grimório was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Bogdan Bucataru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
