In the 47th minute Emilio Marshall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half MIT were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Tytus Maurycy stood somewhat misplaced when Tiberiu Caramarin came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 72 minute. Calistrat Madgearu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gu Jun Le went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. MIT made a substitution.
