The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 19 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Şevket Çağa came free, but Mano Hume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Brugge's Stein Spoelberch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Piatek in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 孔磊傲 in the 24th minute of play forced Utopía Muerta FC's goalkeeper Mano Hume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arkadiusz Piatek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stein Spoelberch having to make a save. Arkadiusz Piatek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Stein Spoelberch made a huge save. Utopía Muerta FC's Mano Hume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 孔磊傲 in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arkadiusz Piatek got free with Stein Spoelberch in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 孔磊傲 to make the kick off. Club Brugge's King Eken was substituted for Şevket Çağa. Utopía Muerta FC made a substitution. Severo Bermudo replaced Arkadiusz Piatek.
