Alexandros Iordanidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Bonelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olcay Bozkurt got free with Alfredo Joey in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute Vinícius Junior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Palermo's goalkeeper Alfredo Joey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olcay Bozkurt. Alfredo Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Junior, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. A collision led to RO Army V55 getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Iosif Cupșa hit a great ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Iosif Cupșa heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Santiago Mino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Iosif Cupșa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alfredo Joey to make any attempt to save it. With his leg Alfredo Joey managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when RO Army V55's Vinícius Junior fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alexandros Iordanidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes, Arkadiusz Glowacki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palermo and the RO Army V55 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of RO Army V55 booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Glowacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Joey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olcay Bozkurt in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Alfredo Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Junior, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Maximino Gonzalez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alexandros Iordanidis. That made the score 1-1 in the 75 minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius Junior came free, but Alfredo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, RO Army V55's goalkeeper Alexandros Iordanidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anthony Bonelli. A collision led to RO Army V55 getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Adrian Bumbescu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Mino in the 85th minute of play forced RO Army V55's goalkeeper Alexandros Iordanidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandros Iordanidis made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Maximino Gonzalez sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Zhao Xun Jun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Joey was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Vinícius Junior took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Joey. Alfredo Joey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Palermo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RO Army V55.
