In the 9th minute Özgür Özbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Dembkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peyote were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after LOI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baldomiro Peio took the corner. Peyote's Baldomiro Peio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but George Buturugã in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Zenon Dembkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sulo Montaña in the 16th minute of the match. George Buturugã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Bizen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaias Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Özgür Özbay struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Zenon Dembkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOI. In the 30th minute, Florentino Novo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zenon Dembkowski. Peyote's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Zenon Dembkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sulo Montaña's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Văleanu in the 39th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Peyote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Gregory to maneuver through the defense. Kaan Öztanır came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zenon Dembkowski could save by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sulo Montaña was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Özbay in the 51st minute of play forced Peyote's goalkeeper Zenon Dembkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Özgür Özbay spun around in front of the goal 52 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Peyote's goal. Artemio Isauro hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Peyote's goal looked a bit too open when Kaan Öztanır came free, but Zenon Dembkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Buturugã made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomiro Peio in the 62nd minute. Sulo Montaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Zenon Dembkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zenon Dembkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Hamdi Ortan in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute LOI were awarded a corner. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Bektaş Veli Ülgü got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zenon Dembkowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, LOI's Bektaş Veli Ülgü got a free kick in the 72nd minute. George Buturugã made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Eugen Văleanu sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute Ahmet Hamdi Ortan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Dembkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zenon Dembkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sulo Montaña's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Bektaş Veli Ülgü might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zenon Dembkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bektaş Veli Ülgü ran back to his position shaking his head. If Sulo Montaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. LOI made a substitution. Tayyip Taylan replaced Ahmet Hamdi Ortan. Sulo Montaña scored 2-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zenon Dembkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
