Matías Patrone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Fernandez in the 3rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet got control of the ball when Oliver Bierhoff tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruquense FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Oliver Bierhoff scored to the left of an out of position François-Xavier Dionnet, making the score, 1-0. Matías Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Ciemiega came free, but Matías Patrone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matías Patrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Quirze, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Cirilo Francesco threw the ball into play from the sideline. Los Delfines's Raimundo Goyo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 17 minutes of play, Los Delfines's Oliver Bierhoff made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. François-Xavier Dionnet was left in no man's land by his defense there! François-Xavier Dionnet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliver Bierhoff's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Fernandez in the 26th minute of play. Cirilo Francesco kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bierhoff came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Ruquense FC from getting a goal against them. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Fernandez in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The wind increased when Oliver Bierhoff made the kick off in the second half. François-Xavier Dionnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 51st minute of the match. Los Delfines were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Ruquense FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. José Luis Brown took the corner. A nice corner shot did that José Luis Brown got away a dangerous shot. Despite this François-Xavier Dionnet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. François-Xavier Dionnet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Fernandez in the 56th minute of play. When Basilio Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ruquense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basilio Fernandez couldn't finish the play. Oliver Bierhoff took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised François-Xavier Dionnet. François-Xavier Dionnet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Los Delfines's Victor Jerrold was substituted for Oran Gutti. Los Delfines made a substitution. Zachary Pliszka replaced Oliver Bierhoff. Los Delfines's Raimundo Goyo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cirilo Francesco, made in the 68th minute of the game. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Quirze in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Zachary Pliszka notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet. François-Xavier Dionnet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 77 minutes, Zachary Pliszka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Delfines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zachary Pliszka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Cirilo Francesco in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Los Delfines's Hilario Asteri. Matías Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Ciemiega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Pliszka came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Zachary Pliszka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. François-Xavier Dionnet was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 93rd minute, Cirilo Francesco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maciej Ciemiega got free with Matías Patrone in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zachary Pliszka in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck François-Xavier Dionnet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 96 minutes, Zachary Pliszka made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Many of Ruquense FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ruquense FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Los Delfines were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
