Artur Brudzisz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edson Ventosa in the 5th minute of the match. The supporters of Bacardi Black Bats booed when Capua Whitewolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Lekubegi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Brudzisz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Ventosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bacardi Black Bats's Artur Brudzisz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edson Ventosa in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Hanung Sephtianda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Brudzisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bacardi Black Bats's Alexandre Mourinho was substituted for Quentin Platt. In the 24th minute, one of Bacardi Black Bats:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bacardi Black Bats. Artur Brudzisz had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Nemesio Hechter's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Bacardi Black Bats's Artur Brudzisz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanung Sephtianda in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nemesio Hechter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Brudzisz was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Hanung Sephtianda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Artur Brudzisz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Jass Villems took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Bacalbașa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Capua Whitewolves's zone, Horaţiu Bacalbașa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jass Villems came out of the goal and Horaţiu Bacalbașa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Capua Whitewolves played a much better game than Bacardi Black Bats and deserved their victory. The Bacardi Black Bats players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
