Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Yang in the 5th minute of play. FC Kukova's Gong Yang got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. François-Xavier Dionnet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Soter, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Yang came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Róbert Behúň took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. François-Xavier Dionnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Yang in the 15th minute of the match. Róbert Behúň stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remigio Quirze's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. If Jozef Šagáth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Yang in the 22nd minute of play. Róbert Behúň took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Bide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, Ruquense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. François-Xavier Dionnet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Yang in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute Gong Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but François-Xavier Dionnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, 莫正凌 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Ruquense FC defense, Blas Soter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of François-Xavier Dionnet. The Ruquense FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that François-Xavier Dionnet should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Soter was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Miroslaw Mielak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ruquense FC and the FC Kukova players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Ruquense FC got a freekick which was hit by Miroslaw Mielak. In the 53rd minute Gong Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but François-Xavier Dionnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Remigio Quirze cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Róbert Behúň was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's Basilio Fernandez got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Blas Soter had several of the Ruquense FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 71 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed François-Xavier Dionnet as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ruquense FC's Ladislao Lehen was substituted for Miroslaw Mielak. 77 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Soter came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Antônio Carlos Vaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. François-Xavier Dionnet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. If Blas Soter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for Ruquense FC. Leopoldo Tonio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Róbert Behúň. 2-3. In the 87th minute of the match 莫正凌 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Róbert Behúň showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Basilio Fernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Róbert Behúň read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute of the match, Blas Soter got a very nice opportunity to score, but François-Xavier Dionnet was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The FC Kukova fans' excitement grew in the 98th match minute when FC Kukova's Blas Soter looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The FC Kukova players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
