Emerson Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekialde Balsera in the 13th minute of the match. AFC United were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after ITAFUT 4EVER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Balesio Leiva took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Balesio Leiva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emerson Leão quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Estevez Palmeira charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Estevez Palmeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Estevez Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Balesio Leiva came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the AFC United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balesio Leiva couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd match minute, AFC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nardo Torrecilla to maneuver through the defense. Emerson Leão made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Eustaquio Vesga sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute Beto Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frasco Esquivel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, AFC United's Nardo Torrecilla got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 39 minutes ITAFUT 4EVER's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Balesio Leiva who took care of the corner kick. After 44 minutes of play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Beto Aparecido made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frasco Esquivel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ekialde Balsera to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of AFC United booed when ITAFUT 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renatinho Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, AFC United's Balesio Leiva tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Renatinho Urbano charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renatinho Urbano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Renatinho Urbano hit a great ball. ITAFUT 4EVER's José Augusto Novaes was substituted for Orlando Mineiro. In the 71st minute Ekialde Balsera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emerson Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekialde Balsera in the 74th minute of the match. Pedro Luiz Perez hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Balesio Leiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emerson Leão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Frasco Esquivel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Baiano in the 86th minute of the match. Frasco Esquivel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Baiano's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Emerson Leão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see AFC United lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
