Everardo Calvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Edgardo Nardo made a precise shot to the right of Leopoldo Cerezo. 100 Chance's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Leopoldo Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Calvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Edgardo Nardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ZORZAL01 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, 100 Chance's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Gotzon came free, but Leopoldo Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Edgardo Nardo made a precise shot to the right of Leopoldo Cerezo. 100 Chance's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Paolo Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Darien was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, ZORZAL01 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Darien to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Nardo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Cerezo. Leopoldo Cerezo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Filipe Meneses could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Gaudencio Richie made a huge save. Vicente Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The 100 Chance players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ZORZAL01 were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgardo Nardo was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Nardo got free with Leopoldo Cerezo in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo got control of the ball when Edgardo Nardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnaldo Teixeira's late challenge caught a ZORZAL01's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Teixeira helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ZORZAL01 booed when 100 Chance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. ZORZAL01 made a substitution. Abelardo Vimaro replaced Benjamin Firmo. In the 63rd minute, Arnaldo Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Fábio Machado was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 66 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the game, one of 100 Chance:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A well-hit corner resulted in Gregorio Cortez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. A collision led to 100 Chance getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Luís Fábio Andrade hit a great ball. 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Vimaro in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Dráuzio Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaudencio Richie had in the 91stth minute some difficulties stopping Vicente Nogueira's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 99 minutes into the game, Edgardo Nardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leopoldo Cerezo. Edgardo Nardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. When the final whistle sounded ZORZAL01 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 100 Chance.
