In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rákóczifalva SE's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Salgado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Dorking United FC's Karl Fletcher in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Rákóczifalva SE's Pedro Augusto Salgado got control of the ball when Karl Fletcher tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zack Bye to make the kick off. Pedro Augusto Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benji Corby in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, Rákóczifalva SE's goal looked a bit too open when Benji Corby came free, but Pedro Augusto Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zack Bye in the 53rd minute of play forced Rákóczifalva SE's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute Benji Corby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Augusto Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Augusto Salgado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zack Bye went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Adrián Császár kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Zack Bye's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Augusto Salgado was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After 65 minutes Rákóczifalva SE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dylan Pearce who took care of the corner kick. Pedro Augusto Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benji Corby in the 68th minute of play. Sean Hollingsworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Flórián Gera fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rákóczifalva SE's protests and gave Flórián Gera a yellow card for diving instead. Flórián Gera hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Rákóczifalva SE's Pedro Augusto Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack Bye in the 75th minute of play. Pedro Augusto Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Fletcher, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Dorking United FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dylan Pearce in the 79th minute. Rákóczifalva SE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dylan Pearce was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rákóczifalva SE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dorking United FC.
