Roland Varga started the match with the kick off. Örs Vörös's late challenge caught a FlagellumDei's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Örs Vörös helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Szolnoki MÁV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! In the 5th minute there was a penalty for FlagellumDei. Tibor Pucheli stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ottó Szántó. 0-1. Zoltán Kozák struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Ottó Szántó didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FlagellumDei. After 10 minutes of play, FlagellumDei's Zoltán Kozák made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ottó Szántó was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Szolnoki MÁV getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Roland Varga hit a great ball. Zoltán Kozák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ottó Szántó having to interfere. Szolnoki MÁV's Ottó Szántó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoltán Kozák in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miklós Pálosi in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ottó Szántó prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Szolnoki MÁV's Roland Varga in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FlagellumDei's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Varga in the 31st minute of play forced FlagellumDei's goalkeeper Siro Osasun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FlagellumDei's Siro Osasun got control of the ball when Emesto Muñagorri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zoltán Kozák recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Zoltán Kozák made a precise shot to the right of Ottó Szántó. Szolnoki MÁV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Siro Osasun made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Emesto Muñagorri sent off a good shot on target. After the first half FlagellumDei were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zoltán Kozák stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 0-5 became the score in the 54th minute when Miklós Pálosi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Szolnoki MÁV's Roland Varga got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emesto Muñagorri in the 59th minute of play forced FlagellumDei's goalkeeper Siro Osasun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Zoltán Kozák left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FlagellumDei fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. After some careless play in the Szolnoki MÁV defense, Miklós Pálosi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ottó Szántó. The Szolnoki MÁV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ottó Szántó should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoltán Kozák in the 69th minute of play forced Szolnoki MÁV's goalkeeper Ottó Szántó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miklós Pálosi struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Ottó Szántó didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FlagellumDei. Vencel Sarkady could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Ottó Szántó made a huge save. When FlagellumDei's Zoltán Kozák in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 80th minute, Vencel Sarkady got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Károly Berta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the FlagellumDei defense, Roland Varga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Siro Osasun. The FlagellumDei fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Siro Osasun should have stopped the shot.
