The audience was convinced that Dávid Baroch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but András Horváth was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Burç Sehhar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szajk LC's András Horváth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gergő Tisza in the 35th minute of play. If Zalán Kovács had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Szajk LC's Csongor Csorba got a free kick in the 40th minute. András Horváth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gergő Tisza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Csongor Csorba succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 44th playminute.

The wind increased when Zalán Kovács made the kick off in the second half. Tibor Bósa struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. János Földvári didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szajk LC. András Horváth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wayne Rooney in the 53rd minute of play. After 56 played minutes ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ got a freekick which was hit by Roland Wierzcholek. The supporters of Szajk LC booed when ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Wierzcholek didn't get a good kick on the ball. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Dániel Veress was substituted for Cyryl Kopacz. A collision led to ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Roland Wierzcholek hit a great ball. Victor Mereutã's late challenge caught a Szajk LC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a little luck, Szajk LC's András Horváth got control of the ball when Dávid Baroch tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Szajk LC's goal looked a bit too open when Dávid Baroch came free, but András Horváth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but András Horváth showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalkeeper János Földvári, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute Dávid Baroch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but András Horváth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zsolt Nagy in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg János Földvári saved ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ from getting behind. János Földvári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Makkai in the 91st minute of play. András Horváth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gergő Tisza's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The attack was good, but when Gergő Tisza in the 93rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. János Földvári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tibor Bósa in the 94th minute of play.
